how it all started

Evergreen Golf Club started with a passion for golf. Here in the Pacific Northwest, our golf season is limited due to weather, so we did something about it. We had a vision to modernize the culture of the game and create a year-round community of golfers in the greater Seattle area. Evergreen Golf Club is a state-of-the-art indoor golf facility that provides you with the same tools and technology available to practice like your favorite Tour Pro. Train, practice, and play all year at Evergreen.

Meet our team

This is our team. At Evergreen Golf Club, we believe teamwork is crucial for life and taking your golf skills to the next level. Everyone on our team loves the game of golf and has a passion to help others train, practice, and play like a tour professional.

Greg is a Co-Founder of the Evergreen Golf Club. Greg is from Lakewood, WA and attended Life Christian in Tacoma, where he was 2007 Team State Champion Greg attended Biola University where he played golf and graduated with a degree in Kinesiology. Greg caddied from 2013-2021 on the Korn Ferry and PGA Tours for players, Andrew Putnam, Tony Finau and Patrick Rogers. During that time, Greg caddied in two professional wins, 2018 in the Ryder Cup in France and 2019 President’s Cup in Australia and has 35 top 10’s. He currently caddies for Bryson DeChambeau, captain of the Crushers on the LIV Golf Tour. Their partnership has resulted in two wins, frequent top-10 placements, and a remarkable 58. Greg lives in Kirkland, WA with his wife Kelsey and their sons, Brooks (5) and Parker (3).

Jermaine is a Co-Founder of the Evergreen Golf Club. Graduating from the University of Washington in 2012 with a degree in Sociology, Jermaine had excelled in football earning him an opportunity to play in the National Football League. Spending 8 years in the NFL, Jermaine has played in two Super Bowls (XLIII, XLIX), notably winning Super Bowl XLIII with the hometown Seattle Seahawks. Through his playing career, Jermaine took up a passion for the game of golf that grew as years passed. With that passion, Jermaine retired from the NFL in 2020 to introduce Evergreen Golf Club.

As a partner and our General Manager, John oversees the day-to-day operations of our Redmond location while strategically guiding our overall business growth and expansion. John brings a wealth of experience to the table, having owned and operated several businesses prior to joining Evergreen, including two successful insurance ventures. His passion for business is matched by his love for the game of golf. John grew up in Half Moon Bay, California, where he honed his skills at the renowned Half Moon Bay Golf Links and played competitively throughout high school (winning the individual league title) and college at Foothills Community College. John graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University in 2004 and relocated to Woodinville to build a life with his wife, Christina. Together, they are proud parents of three daughters: Ella (16), Anna (14), and Lucy (11).

Robby Hipp is a passionate golfer and a local business owner in Kirkland. He has taken the lead in building the Evergreen Junior Program, where he helps young golfers develop their skills and reach their full potential. Robby takes pride in seeing his students grow and become the best golfers they can be. With his extensive knowledge of golf analytics and coaching experience, Robby is a valuable asset to the Evergreen community. He has a keen eye for detail and is always looking for ways to improve his students’ performance on the course. When he’s not coaching or playing golf, Robby is a devoted husband to his wife Charity and a loving father to his two kids, Fynlee and Lincoln.

Austin is a passionate learner and is committed to providing a first class learning environment for his clients. He has coached in the Seattle area since 2015, and over this time has continually worked to expand his knowledge of teaching the game. He has taught more than 10,000 individual golf lessons and led dozens of instruction programs for both Junior golfers and Adult groups.

Meet Brian, one of our instructors. Bdub is passionate about the game of golf and brings that passion along with his with 16 years of experience. BDub has been a cornerstone of the Evergreen team in Redmond. He’s now sharing his knowledge and skills with the Tacoma community, where he’s known for his dedication to helping others reach their golfing aspirations. He’s married to Heather and has two young children.

Grant Rice is a Fitness and Mobility Coach at Golfletica. He is from Mukilteo, Washington, and loves mountaineering, hiking, biking, and Taekwondo. He is a NASM CPT, CES, PES; FRC Mobility Specialist, TPI CGFI Level 1. “Show up and always do your best!”

Dr. Harry Sese is the Clinic Director for Golfletica. Dr. Sese is from Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada. He loves playing with his dogs and teaching Taekwondo since he is a Taekwondo Master Instructor. Known as “The Golfing Doc”, Dr. Sese is a board certified Chiropractic Sports Physician, Registered Massage Therapist (BC), FRC Mobility Specialist, using the Active Release Technique and Graston Technique. “Don’t wait until you are broken to come see me. Come in when you are feeling great so I can keep you that way!”

Shawn Farmer-Sese is the Director of Sports Performance at Golfletica. She is from Sammamish, Washington, and enjoys horse-back riding, hiking, and flywheel spin classes. She has a BS of Exercise Science, TPI Level 3 Fitness/Level 2 Medical, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, FRC Mobility Specialist, and Kvest Level 1. “People aren’t thinking about you the way you’re thinking about you.”

Dr. Brandon Shiflett is a Chiropractic Physician at Golfletica. Dr. Shiflett is from Olympia, Washington, and loves walking the golf course and playing with his kids. He is a Doctor of Chiropractic, has a Masters of Science Exercise and Sports Science, TPI (Medical Level 3, Fitness Level 2, Golf Level 2), SFMA Level 1 & 2, and is a FR and FRC Mobility Specialist. “What’s the best that could happen?”

Walker just finished his senior year at Bothell High School. He has had a very successful junior golf career that is a testament to his hard work and some great support (including the Evergreen Junior Program). In addition to leading Bothell’s High School team, he consistently places at or near the top of tournament leaderboards. Two recent highlights include winning the WJGA Western Open and qualifying for the US Junior Amateur, the nation’s top event. This success earned him a Division 1 scholarship to Seattle University, where his golfing journey continues!
