Cancelation policy
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS
Annual memberships require a 12-month commitment. After the initial 12-month term is completed, the membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled.

Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to your next billing date.
Early Cancellation of an Annual Membership
If you need to cancel before your 12-month commitment is complete, you may buy out the remainder of your contract by paying 50% of the remaining balance.
Example:
($99/month+tax × 4 months remaining) ÷ 2 = early cancellation fee
Once this payment is made, your membership commitment will be considered fulfilled and your membership will be canceled.
Exceptions for Early Cancellation or Membership Pause
Exceptions may be considered for the following situations:
Medical injury or condition preventing golf
Military deployment or active-duty orders
Relocation out of state
Pregnancy or postpartum recovery
Documentation may be required for exception requests.
month-to-month MEMBERSHIPS
Month-to-month memberships automatically renew each month but may be canceled at any time.

Because month-to-month memberships do not require a long-term commitment, they are priced higher than annual memberships.
