cancelation of ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS
Annual memberships require a 12-month commitment. After the initial 12-month term is completed, the membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled.

Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to your next billing date.
Early Cancellation of an Annual Membership
If you need to cancel before your 12-month commitment is complete, you may buy out the remainder of your contract by paying 50% of the remaining balance.
Example:
($99/month+tax × 4 months remaining) ÷ 2 = early cancellation fee
Once this payment is made, your membership commitment will be considered fulfilled and your membership will be canceled.
Exceptions for Early Cancellation or Membership Pause
Exceptions may be considered for the following situations:
Medical injury or condition preventing golf
Military deployment or active-duty orders
Relocation out of state
Pregnancy or postpartum recovery
Documentation may be required for exception requests.
Cancelation of Month-to-Month Memberships
Month-to-month memberships automatically renew each month but may be canceled at any time.

Because month-to-month memberships do not require a long-term commitment, they are priced higher than annual memberships.
After Hours Policies
In consideration of being granted 24-hour access to the Evergreen Golf Club facilities (the “Facility”), I hereby agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk: I understand that using the Facility after regular hours involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or death. I assume all such risks and will use the Facility at my own peril.
Property Damage: I am responsible for any damage to the Facility caused after hours. Evergreen Golf Club reserves the right to charge me for repairs or replacements for any damaged property.
Securing the Premises: I agree to ensure all doors and access points are locked upon entering and exiting the Facility.
Theft: Evergreen Golf Club is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal property from the Facility.
Theft: I understand that I may be held responsible to pay for any Evergreen Golf Club property that goes missing while using the facility after hours.
Video Recording: I understand that video cameras are recording throughout the facility at all times.
Unauthorized Access: My 24-hour access is for my sole use. I will not grant access to the Facility to any other person(s) without prior written authorization from Evergreen Golf Club.
Booking: I agree to sign in and out in the 24/7 access binder at the front desk.
- No outside alcohol permitted on the premises at any time.
Guest Usage: No after hours guests.
Violation of any of these terms may result in the revocation of my 24-hour access privileges. I have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions of this waiver.
Facilities: 24/7 Access Permitted at your home club. Use of other facilities during staffed hours only.
Age Restriction: 21+ unless otherwise permitted by Evergreen management team.
